few weeks has become an advertisement for aloe vera products. Watching several
girls preparing for homecoming, prom, or just to get a decent tan before spring
break, I seem to wonder where these girls are getting their severe burns. Are

bulbs in the beds? We all seem to catch ourselves grinding our teeth when another
girl comes in with a horrifying burn that makes you cringe in pain. Where are these girls laying in the beds? Eddyville seems to be the hot spot right now for the tanning sessions. Each business realizes that "tanning season" is underway, and as girls we just cannot be pale in that new outfit for the dance. Therefore, all of the businesses around have ordered new bulbs for their beds to satisfy the customers. Entering the business, they might tell you how new the bulbs are, but do you really listen or even understand what that means? When the tanning bed has new bulbs you should always keep in mind that you are supposed to cut back the time you lay by ten minutes. Tanning beds may lead to two common types of skin cancer, Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma. There was a young lady who was preparing for her wedding, and realized that she did not want to be pale for her dress. She decided to lay in the tanning bed. When she started at a local tanning salon they explained that she could only lay thirty minutes each day. After she had laid in the tanning once the first day, she realized that being that the wedding was a week away, so she went to three more different salons to continue her tanning process. For the next four days even though she was getting a little bit red, she kept thinking how good she would look in her wedding dress. The day before her wedding they found her dead with all of her internal organs burnt from the tanning beds. Do you believe that something such as this could really happen to someone for laying in the tanning bed too much? Many other girls have paid dire consequences from trying to rush their tan for that special event or just continued to lay in the tanning bed for excessive amount of time for their tan. Please keep in mind while you begin to prepare for your special event that you can go too far and end up with cancer or possibly worse.
